Robin Cousins Career Overview (continued)
Since the formation of Cousins Entertainment, Robin has also continued
to work with Holiday on Ice, co-producing, directing and
choreographing “Celebration” (which won Group Travel
Event of the Year in 2004); choreographing"Hollywood";
directing and co-choreographing “Diamonds”
and choreographing “Fantasy”.
He appeared as Head Judge in the 2006 and 2007 seasons of the
hugely successful ITV series “Dancing in Ice” as well
as taking part in the 2007 sell-out tour of the live version of the
show. He continues to be much in demand for his entertaining and
insightful commentaries for BBC TV’s Ice skating coverage of the
Olympic, European and World Championships along with regular personal
appearances for various shows including “Question
of Sport”, “This Morning” and “Harvey
Goldsmith’s Get Your Act Together”.
2007 also sees his return to the stage at the 2007 Brighton
Fringe Festival in the musical “Strange Kind of Hero”.
For his services to sport, Robin was awarded the M.B.E. by Her Majesty
the Queen in 1980.
