We provide a full back-up consultancy service as part of any rink package, with expert advice and guidance from our experienced in-house staff. Rink staff are carefully chosen, with at least one of our 2 person team on each rink being a skater and at least one with a qualification in First Aid provision.

Synthetic ice should not be regarded as a replacement for real ice, but for locations without a large population, or having a lack of space or restricted funds (a real ice rink can often cost in excess of £100,000) it can be a viable and popular alternative, providing an introduction to the sport for any age.

As part of any package, the client is welcome to use Robin's name and
image as part of any rink promotion. We do strongly recommend that any advertising states clearly that the installation is “synthetic” and not real ice.
